Susan Fredricks, Chief Operations Officer (COO)
With over 15 years of customer service and
technology management experience with an emphasis on research and analysis of
complex projects and processes, Susan ensures clients and employees are given personal attention to their needs.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with emphasis in Technology Management and a Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree in Communications and Media Studies
with a minor in Italian Arts and Language. Susan has also obtained a Greenbelt Six Sigma Certification with a focus
on lean methodologies.
Susan has always been the type of person to get things
done... She has fortitude and a passion for excellence. Her energetic
personality lends itself to her drive for completing projects on-time and
within budget, and she motivates others to perform the tasks assigned for each
project she manages. Susan is well-respected by her colleagues and those who
report to her. Her leadership skills are represented by her care for ensuring

Pietro Savo, Chief Research & Development Officer
Pietro possesses a
Master of Aeronautical Science in Human Factors and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration. A Doctorate in Business Administration, 2011
(expected). Pietro created the term Manufacturing Research Practitioner ™ as
the foundation for his Doctoral thesis dedicated to improving the Manufacturing
Industry.
Pietro is a strategic
management professional. 27 years of diverse experience in Operations,
Engineering, Manufacturing, ISO/AS/TS Quality Systems, Material Management,
Supply Chain, Union Shop and consulting
environments.
With Pietro’s
relentless excellence in developing productivity improvements, a truly goal-oriented,
energetic team builder who has the strengths to motivate and manage
subordinates, encourage peers and guide leaders to achieve their own and
organizational goals.

Mark Mercer, Vice President - Sales & Marketing
With an extensive background in information technology, Mark brings considerable consulting, marketing and management experience to his role as Vice President of Monaco Consulting. He has a strong desire to ensure MC customers receive the best in client services, while providing superior expertise for their unique technology needs.

Dr. Lori Monaco, Vice President - Human Resources & Professional Development
Lori has more than 10 years experience in the Medical and Alternative Health fields, as well as establishing and maintaining her own Wellness Center, which provides a safe and healthy environment for her patients and their family members. She provides her patients and their family members with proper care and support, and has an open-door policy to listen to whatever personal matters they wish to discuss with her with utmost confidentiality and privacy. Since Lori minored in psychology, she has experience with directing patients with mental health needs to the appropriate resources for additional assistance. She has been advocating with agencies to address women’s health and safety issues. She encourages patients who confide in her to gain protection within the criminal and civil justice systems, and to educate and promote a greater understanding in statutory agencies and the wider community of the effects of domestic violence.
Lori is passionate about education and currently holds the position of Chair Health Sciences for the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. Her energetic demeanor enhances her abilities to provide educators and students with the tools and direction to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Lori consistently researches new educational techniques and tools, and shares those findings with her colleagues and students. She encourages collaboration among her colleagues and students, and enjoys stimulating conversations.
Lori's
office did extensive work with a government grant called Ryan White Title I
Services, from the Greater Bridgeport Metropolitan area. This grant was
one of many that are controlled by HRSA-Health Resources and Services
Administration by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This
is one part of a large grant providing different types of services to
individuals living with HIV. Her contribution was to provide regular
Massage Therapy to these clients. In addition, she furnished SOAP notes and
progress reports so the grant office could record statistics on the efficacy of
Massage Therapy as an adjunctive treatment for individuals living with HIV.
Lori holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic, Spartanburg, SC; where she was Class President and maintained academic honors. She also holds a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Biology & Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT. Lori has several certifications, including Nutrition, Child Development, and Women's Health.
Stacey McRae, Vice President - Education Services
Stacey has more than 18 years experience in developing successful educational and professional development programs for all ages. She has collaborated with various public school districts, public and private postsecondary institutions, and corporations to create alliances, helping students prepare their career paths and understanding the importance of obtaining a well-rounded education.
Stacey has extensive
experience providing leadership and consulting services within the Academic
Community/Education and Business, including student assessments, peer
evaluations, professional development and coaching, technology integration,
curriculum design, and project management.
She works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals,
while maintaining responsibilities and commitments.
Stacey fosters professional growth
through mentoring relationships and focuses on training and development.
She has excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and easily communicates with
multi-level personnel. She is technology savvy with a strong commitment to helping
others develop the necessary skills to complete projects/tasks and do their
jobs efficiently.
Stacey holds a Master's of Science in Administration and Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Education, Administrative Credential, Professional Clear Multiple Subject Credential - with emphasis on English and Health Science, AVID Certification, CELDT Certification, and Peer Mediation Certification. She is a member of Pi Lambda Theta and Delta Zeta. Stacey is passionate about ensuring the literacy rate of Americans improves and works diligently assisting underprivileged families with their academic challenges.
Gary Christensen, Vice President - Engineering & Technology Services
Gary has more than 25 years
experience in the field of communications, equipment design and hardware
development. Project activities and
responsibilities have covered all stages of product design, from initial design
inception to final production release.
Gary’s
design experience ranges from system definition to digital hardware,
Programmable Logic and ASIC design (including VHDL and synthesis) to firmware
and 'C' software programming. He has
used numerous schematic capture, simulation and synthesis tools throughout his career,
including Orcad, ModelSim, and Synopsys.
He has always been a top contributor, either as team member or team leader
and has managed design teams of up to 20 members.
Gary possesses excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface
with all levels of management, customers and support staff. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from others
since he is meticulous to the point where he has uncovered potential hazards to
processes before they were moved into production that even Quality Assurance
overlooked.
