Roberto Ortiz, Director - Facilities Management & Security

Robert has more than 10 years experience with developing and implementing security procedures, and ensuring the safety of data and personnel are met for our organization and our clients' businesses. He has served as liaison for FEMA social service programs on disaster operations, and provided support to leadership and encouraged collaboration among organizations to provide or make available information on the status of Federal and State response and recovery programs and activities.  Robert assisted in addressing critical needs in affected communities, and Community Relations (CR) – determined significant needs in hurricane – affected areas; Individual Assistance Employee (IA) – worked in the Disaster Recovery Centers assisting individuals with establishing recovery benefits; Disaster Assistance Employee (DAE) – appointed under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act; and Division of Fire Fighter OPS – operational position serving as an assistant to the Governmental Liaison to provide information and build relationships with those involved in Agency Disaster Recovery Programs and activities.

Josie Guevara, Data Analyst

Josie has more than six years experience collecting and analyzing data, developing analytical reports, and presenting results to managers and legal counsels. She also has a finance background and maintained accounting systems for medical offices and legal firms, inclusive of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Josie managed a staff for Chiropractic offices and was responsible for payroll, work assignments indoctrination training for continuing education in medical field, and reviewed medical charts for accuracy, status updating for follow up correctness and ensuring the security of medical records. She collaborated with law firms, state and county offices concerning patient claims, and processed letters, appeals, denials of EOBs, and other correspondence for Medical billing and Medical collections.

Kris Monaco aka "Mad Dog", Content Editor

Kris has a military background, serving in the US Navy and earning two accommodations for saving an Officer's life and leaving the military as a Third Class Petty Officer of Engineering. After serving his time in the military, Kris enrolled in college and completed the Emergency Medical Technician's certification and Paramedic Preparation certification. He continued his education while working as an EMT for CARE Ambulance, serving the Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Kris has always enjoyed experimenting with technology, and continues to add his magic touch to contribute technical advice and information on our website. He continues his studies in Political Science and International Business, and contributes to ensuring the information contained on our website and in our client documentation is accurate and up to date.
